Capillary runs different jobs in different rooms. Here is where organizations start, what they deploy, and the results they report.
01Law Enforcement
Departments run on documented policy and provable training. Capillary keeps both current and puts them to work: officers get answers grounded in department policy, and command staff get hours back from administrative casework.

02Defense
Deployed Medicine began as a research program and became a Department of Defense program of record. Capillary is the platform underneath it: authoring, delivery, assessment, and AI assistance for Tactical Combat Casualty Care across every service branch.
Defense Health Agency · Deployed Medicine
More than 350,000 personnel trained and assessed against structured competency frameworks, with 60,000 annual course enrollments, available on the DHA App Store for government-furnished devices.
Thornhill Medical · Ukraine
Thornhill Medical's MOVES SLC integrated life-support system, nicknamed "the medical Javelin" by Ukrainian personnel, travels with a Capillary-built training app: offline-first, step-by-step procedures at the point of need, updates pushed as field lessons emerge. Since 2022, more than 200 units have reached military and civilian medical teams in Ukraine, with crews putting systems into operational use within hours of training.
03Healthcare
Industry studies put clinical documentation near half of physician time. Capillary applies the grounded-AI approach proven in combat casualty care to the paperwork around care: protocols, credentialing, compliance.
Where this stands
We are working with healthcare organizations to validate these workflows in production. The infrastructure is HIPAA-ready, and a business associate agreement is available.
04Business Operations
The same platform that runs federal programs runs day-to-day operations for businesses. Pilots signed this spring are in production on exactly this kind of work:
Who this fits
The building blocks don't change with company size: knowledge bases that cite their sources, workflows with human review built in, and interfaces your team already knows how to use.
Every solution above is assembled from the same platform: knowledge bases that cite their sources, workflows with human review built in, and interfaces that live where your team already works. The categories change names by industry. The building blocks don't change at all.
Works where the work is. Mobile-first, offline-capable, syncs when connectivity returns.
Integrates with what you run. API-first: HR, scheduling, records, and operational systems.
Observable end to end. Usage, performance, and outcomes, visible to the people accountable for them.
Thirty minutes. Bring the process your team dreads, from any of the rooms above, and leave knowing what it looks like on Capillary.
