Deployed Medicine
U.S. military members.
The Defense Health Agency platform for Tactical Combat Casualty Care across every service branch. JTS authorized courses, competency frameworks, and assessment.
Allogy · Co-Responder
Co-Responder is the civilian companion to Deployed Medicine, the Defense Health Agency platform used across the U.S. military. It carries Joint Trauma System authorized courses to EMS professionals, law enforcement, firefighters, medical staff, and partner nation forces who train to the TCCC standard.
01Access
The Joint Trauma System provides two points of access to its authorized courses. U.S. military members train on Deployed Medicine. Everyone else trains on Co-Responder. Both applications run on the same platform and carry the same JTS content, so a civilian trauma nurse and a combat medic can hold the same verified standard.
Deployed Medicine
The Defense Health Agency platform for Tactical Combat Casualty Care across every service branch. JTS authorized courses, competency frameworks, and assessment.
Co-Responder
The same courses and the same standard, licensed for the civilian side of the response: EMS, law enforcement, fire, hospital staff, and partner nation forces.
02In the app
Co-Responder delivers curated content collections: JTS authorized TCCC courses, reference material, and product material from verified providers. Content is organized the way responders use it.
Built on Capillary
Co-Responder runs on Capillary Learning, the platform underneath Deployed Medicine. Courses, assessments, and competency frameworks carry over intact, mapped to the same JTS standards.
03Training sites
Approved training sites may be eligible for licenses to train JTS authorized TCCC courses on Co-Responder. The path has three steps.
Step 1 · Certification
Step 2 · Instructors
Step 3 · Approval
Once approved, your site pays the instructor and learner license fees and begins onboarding students. Sites with U.S. military training contracts may also be eligible for Deployed Medicine instructor access, which includes Co-Responder.
04Partners
Training programs and product providers can publish on Co-Responder. A shelf on a Co-Responder collection gives you author seats, unlimited content capacity, and a direct channel to end users: you set your pricing and sell courses or access licenses through the app.
