Allogy Africa develops IT solutions for learning, healthcare, and governance. We provide local support for customers across the continent.
The name “Allogy” is a portmanteau of “All” and “logy” and means the study of all things. We have a passion for learning and for cultivating the relationships where accountability and character are formed. According to Lave, “Participation in communities of practice concerns the whole person acting in the world.” At Allogy, our vision is that communities of knowledge would “cover the earth as the waters cover the seas.”
Allogy was founded in 2009 to bring to market the results of research coonducted at the Institute of Simulation and Training at the University of Central Florida. Founded by members of the Mixed Emerging Technology Integration Lab (METIL), Allogy provided custom mobile development projects for government, retail, automotive, and higher education. Allogy is the team behind Capillary – a training app platform that let’s subject matter exports equip distributed teams with standards-based training.
Allogy is software engineers, learning researchers, instructional designers, and business analysts. We work with subject matter experts across a wide swatch of industries to solve emerging challenges in training and performance support.
