Dr. Rogers is a graduate of the Air Force Academy and performed his doctoral research at the Institute for Simulation & Training at the University of Central Florida (UCF). His research focused on mobile software development for distributed service delivery, informatics, and humanitarian and disaster response missions. He participated in NSF sponsored research to study the application of mobile technology to crisis management in Port-au-Prince after the Haitian earthquake of 2010. Dr. Rogers worked in East Africa managing aid & development programs, pioneering solutions to mobile adult education.
David is excited about creating software to solve real problems and simplify people's lives. As CTO, he guides the technology team and system design. He brings quality experience from working on multiple enterprise and government contracts. He has created secure and scalable systems for processing sensitive data, and has an interest in data collection and analytics. David enjoys spending time with his wife and children, reading, programming, and grilling medium-rare steaks. He also enjoys exploring many different places on the map.
